Repository and Self-Archiving Policy

IJICES supports the dissemination and preservation of scholarly research through institutional repositories, subject repositories, and other appropriate scholarly platforms, subject to the applicable copyright and licensing terms.

Preprints

Authors may share preprints before submission, provided they disclose the preprint's location during submission and the manuscript complies with the journal's originality and publication requirements.

Accepted Manuscripts

Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript in an institutional or subject repository where permitted by the applicable publication agreement and licence.

Published Articles

Authors and readers may share or deposit the published version of record in accordance with the licence displayed on the article. Any required attribution, licence link, copyright statement, or version identification must be retained.

Repository Information

Where available, repository records should identify the article's title, authors, publication details, DOI or other persistent identifier, and link to the official journal version.

Embargoes and Conditions

Any restrictions on repository deposit must be stated clearly in the applicable publication terms. IJICES will not impose restrictions inconsistent with the open licence granted to a published article.

Authors are encouraged to retain copies of their research outputs and use repositories that support long-term access and stable identification.
